Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective, evidence-based approach to healing from trauma, anxiety, and deeply rooted emotional distress. Through guided bilateral stimulation (often using eye movements, tapping, or sounds), the brain’s natural healing processes are activated, helping to reduce the emotional charge of those experiences.
