 Therapy Services

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. In individual sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you. Individual therapy is a wonderful time to reflect on interpersonal, intrapersonal, and trans-personal concerns.  Personal growth and awareness is promoted by exploring the past, the present and looking to the future.  In individual therapy we can address:

  • Identity and Purpose

  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Life Transitions and Life Balance

  • Relationship Understanding

  • Abuse, Trauma and PTSD

  • Grief and Loss

  • Depression

  • Anxiety and Stress Management

No relationship is always easy, but your relationship does not have to be in distress to seek out therapy. In a safe environment, intimacy can be strengthened, positive communication increased, a greater understanding and appreciation of the relationship fostered, and your connection enhanced and/or restored. Relationship therapy is a helpful tool in restoring, repairing, and strengthening the bond within the relationship. This mode of therapy may address:

  • Life Stage Transitions

  • Transition to parenting, blended family and parenting issues

  • Extended family relationships

  • Trust

  • Emotional and Physical Intimacy

  • Communication styles and conflict resolution

  • Financial concerns

  • Infidelity

  • Separation and Divorce

When working with families, we focus on creating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment in order to explore current concerns. Family therapy may address:
